Hiç bilmedim sabahta sarı neden
Gelüp şu iklime girüp anneden
Şu kalbimin masum olduğu neden
Bilemedim eksik halim ya kusurum
Bahçede açılmış güller derem
Çok badeler içtim gönül coşuram
Değilim kazancı çiğler pişürem
Bilemedim eksik halim ya kusurum
(...) kalem salup gelenler
Pirine arz edüp yolun sürenler
Pişmiş her kaplardan kısmet alanlar
Bilemedim eksik halim ya kusurum
Pir Sultan'ım niyet eden gitmeye
Kim can ve gönülden hizmet etmeye
Hak erenlerine gönül katmaya
Bilemedim eksik halim ya kusurum
